If you wish to pay by check or fax, please download the membership application. To pay by credit card, please fill in the required fields.

• Please note: If you are requesting a student membership, you will need to include a copy of your current, valid student identification card with your completed member information form. It may be faxed or mailed to the NACNS Office.

The yearly cost for membership with NACNS is as follows:

Regular Membership - $125.00
Student Membership - $80.00
Senior Membership - $62.50
