From the National Consensus Project for Quality Palliative Care

The second edition of the National Consensus Project for Quality Palliative Care Clinical Practice Guidelines was released in March of 2009.  This edition reaffirmed the Eight Domains of Quality Palliative Care and operationalized their use in various clinical settings.  Part of the mission of the National Consensus Project for Quality Palliative Care is to continue dissemination of quality palliative care.  There fore, as a valued supporter of this work and an organization that endorsed the National Consensus Project for Quality Palliative Care Clinical Practice Guidelines, NACNS is provided an updated slide program on the Clinical Practices Guidelines, their interface with the National Quality Forum Framework and Preferred Practices, and the applicability across health settings.  The slides are available on the NCP website link; http://www.nationalconsensusproject.org/Tools.asp
